This number will not be sold to anyone for any purpose, thus it is completely safe to enter and receive access into the site. The mobile number acts as a username and this is what the person will use to log into the site with.
We do collect email addresses as a way to send username and passwords, should the person misplace these. We do not sell or give away the email addresses that are given to us, nor do we send spam email to the user. Privacy is very important to us, which is why all information that we do collect is kept private and this privacy is taken serious.
The site may collect certain IP addresses to address where people are coming from to visit the site. This is used as a way to make sure that the mobile number and IP address are a match. This is to ensure that the person is coming from a country that we provide to.
We do rank the songs that are being downloaded, however, this is not done by collecting any personal information from the person at all. This is done via clicks that are monitored on the site from all users. During this time no IP addresses or mobile numbers are associated with what that particular person is downloading.

In regard to the MP3 files that are offered in our library, we are the source for finding these files. Thus, we do not have any of these files that are stored with us. Upon deciding to become a member, the person will be asked to verify their cell phone number. In the even that they must verify their number manually in order to receive access to the site, this is not a free service, though it is only a one time fee. The person will find that their cell phone bill will be charged by us through http://fortumo.com. This service is not subscription based, and is a one time fee only. By going through the steps to manually verify their mobile phone number, the person takes all responsibility for the charges and does agree to pay this one time fee for activation.
Release of Information
During any time in which it seems that members are unlawfully using these MP3 downloads, their number can be released to the proper authorities. It is illegal to download anything that there is no license to download for. Though these are free downloads, we do not encourage people to use this music for any other reason besides personal listening. To do so, is a violation of the law.
Any person that enters into the members section and completes the sign up process is acknowledging that they understand the site and what it is offering.
